After years of coaching young people and supporting the learning and development of youth coaches across the country we identified a need for greater time spent exploring themes of equity, power and privilege in the context of the coaching relationship.

What is Equity Grounded Coaching?
A practice of acknowledging how the dynamics of power/privilege and implicit bias play out in our coaching; moving us towards greater accountability, interdependence, and authenticity in our relationships with ourselves and those we coach.
